I happen to be a mod developer for Half-Life 2 and Half-Life 1, and I like what Valve makes. You also state that I have to make my own tech demo before I can post my opinions on something. So I continue to point out how foolish you are for declaring me as some kind of fraud game reviewer. You people are the ones jumping on my case for nothing. If it was *just* a graphics tech demo, why include the NPCs and Helicopter? (Since it was intended to be in the final game).Īll I said was I found it boring as it had nearly zero gameplay, and I tried explaining that I expected more from Valve. For those who may have thought that it was going to be a fun mission that was cut from Half-Life 2. It was a random comment, perhaps directed toward anyone that was looking into installing this. As if this is a revelation in my life, or that my outlook on the Lost Coast map has injured my soul, etc. You make it sound like I was so hurt by it’s boring-ness.
